Skama Aquaculture is a young and dynamic innovative company founded in 2024, born from the union of two professionals with nearly 50 years of combined experience in the aquaculture industry. Despite being new in the market, Skama offers its clients the expertise, vision, and industry insight required to successfully develop and optimize aquaculture projects across different species and production stages.

20 years of hands-on experience in fish farming
Pioneer in the farming of black sole (Solea senegalensis) and greater amberjack (Seriola dumerili) in both hatchery and grow-out facilities
designed and managed diverse aquaculture projects including seabass, seabream, sole, bluefin/yellowfin tuna and seriola across the Mediterranean region and Central America
Strong background in production systems development (RAS) and species domestication
Over 25 years of experience in aquaculture in Southern Europe and Norway
Expertise in fish nutrition, fish health, product development, and technical production support
Worked with a wide range of species including seabass, seabream, seriola, turbot, sole, trout, and shrimp
